1. Scampi Prawns - 5 large prawns over mashed potatoes with a lemon garlic butter
2. Calamari Steak lemon basil butter sautéed, linguini with olive tapenade butter
3. Chicken Picata grilled chicken beast with a lemon caper butter and creamy polenta
June 5 Thursday: Syrah/Shiraz(any Rhone Varietal)
1st course: cheese stuffed ravioli, sauce marinara
2nd course: Caesar salad
3rd course, choice of: (all three served with fresh vegetables)
1. Cumin seed crusted Salmon, slice of a light curry butter, creamy polenta
2. Grilled Vegetable Tower, grilled: eggplant, yellow squash, red bell pepper, red onion, portobello mushroom, with carrot mash & marinara sauce
3. Southwestern crusted Chicken, with smoky BBQ sauce and roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes
